Pourtant le discours d’inauguration prononcé hier par Nicolas Sarkozy, axé sur la régulation et le besoin d’un internet plus « civilisé », a donné un autre ton à l’événement. Nous recevons ce matin pour en parler 2 cow-boys de ce Wild wild web qui inquiète notre président : Jean-Marc Manach, web journaliste spécialisé dans les questions liées à l'impact des technologies de l'information et d ela communication sur notre société et nos vies privées ; et Paul Jorion, docteur en sciences sociales de l’université Libre de Bruxelles, professeur, écrivain et chroniqueur spécialiste de l’intelligence artificielle, des sciences cognitives et de l’économie.
