The format indeed needs some review and would maybe be better formulated as a live Q&A session to explore closer collaboration on different aspects that affect ISOC activities cross border. As some of you may remember, in Mexico 2009, i proposed the set-up of an "ISOC chapter support by chapters" and it looks like this proposal should have more format to deploy. That's why I'm coming back to you all to see if there is still the feeling among us to have this set-up realized. I'm still willing to get together with those interested in order to establish the basis of this working group and maybe convert it later on into a kind of standing committee.
