I'd imagine a court order to the registrar. Just how technically a registrar bypasses a registry is a good question, and raises contractual questions one would think.<div><br></div><div>It would be very nice to see a copy of such a court order.</div>

The initial November cases were quite reasonably speculated to be a hoax they were so inept. It turned out the feds aim was making a big splash on "Black Monday".
