non-government organizations. It is fine to have colleagues including officers
from government sectors but that would not mean they run Chapters’ the same way
they want to control local telcos for reasons. Unless ISOC missed and approved
the Chapter unknowingly all proponents are from government. How would ISOC react
on it, just in case?</DIV>

why I always propose ISOC is not for governments they are political oriented,
nor for enterprises they are commercial oriented but for users they are rights
