Society as ISOC's VP of Public  <BR>Policy.  As many of you know, 
Markus most recently served as the  <BR>Executive Coordinator of the 
Secretariat supporting the United  <BR>Nations’ Internet Governance Forum 
(IGF), and more details of Markus'  <BR>experience are available in the 
forthcoming press release.<BR><BR>This announcement has been carefully timed to 
ensure appropriate press  <BR>coverage and the announcement process has 
been orchestrated to favor  <BR>European press.  The press release 
will be distributed to major news  <BR>wires and in multiple
