<div>For courses, I suggest they are develop, primarily, out of the RFC’s. In
IPv6 alone, from specifications to network blocks or addresses, how they are
allocated, based on RFC documents, would already allow you to have a complete
“IPv6 Fundamentals” course. These courses should come up with a booklet and a
matching presentation files and they are standardized and gone through a quality
review process. </div>

<div>Moodle is good but if you look at how IEEE and ACM virtual campus like and
how they are delivered, you would tell, why not make a little more interactive?
They can then be offered to sustaining members for free and the provisions for
any individual to use the virtual campus with pay as you go. </div>
