I totally agree with the importance of what you are saying.<br>
But I am feeling that is a luxe for people who don't even a web site until now !<br>
Some ISOC chapters is in need of basic help like having a hosting or domain name.<br>
ISOC is offering a <a href="http://name.chapters.isoc.org" target="_blank">name.chapters.isoc.org</a> but I am not that this has success with chapters.<br>
I can add that we need also pictures and video sharing platform to be used by chapters.<br>
Many many online services ( especially 2.0 tools ) that we should begin thinking about to reinforce local chapters.<br>

and ISOC itself should be making an effort to webcast the INETS.. We<br>
are wondering if<br>

1) ISOC could pay and manage one Livestream account that all Chapters can use.<br>
or<br>
2) Some other chapters would like to go shares with us on a Livestream account<br>
or<br>
3) ISOC-NY should submit a grant application for managing a Livestream<br>
account for all Chapters as a community project.<br>
<br>
Is there any interest?<br>

We've tried approaching both Livestream and uStream for sponsorship<br>
without response.<br>
