    thank you very much for very interesting report. <br>
    According to my experience it is necessary to be involved  in  ITU 
    regional activity BEFORE the conference during one year, at least, 
    <br>
    and be on site  one day in prior. Collecting information during the
    PPT is really very hard procedure, lot of working groups, add-hook
    groups, <br>
    study groups. Of course, presentations of responsible persons  are
    also important. I think it is very important to prepare ISOC for the
    next PPT.<br>
    In 2002 there was an excellent event on Saturday and Sunday, when
    ISOC have organized  a separate conference "Information Society  for
    Everyone"  during PPT in Marrakesh.<br>
