Hi Nimrod<div><br></div><div>Just as Australian ISPs score a victory in the iiNet case, this pops up. Does this mean that YouTube would be considered a 'broadcaster'? And where is the logic in holding YouTube responsible when its content is generated almost entirely by its subscribers?
