The application round will close Wednesday, 30 September.<br><br>NEW FOR THIS ROUND: The selection Committee is considering offering 3-4 awards at US$15,000, with the remaining awards at US$10,000, based on the scale of the project. Applicants must clearly substantiate why the greater funds are required.
