Respetables miembros y en especial a Sivasubramanian M<BR>Este aņo a sido denominado por la UIT "proteccion al niņo en el cyberespacio".<BR>hace aproximadamente 5 aņos atras, presente un proyecto a ISOC, para solicitar me auspicie la publicacion de "Guias de Navegacion para niņos", lamentablemente no se le dio la importancia debida y simplemente me indicaron de la manera mas despectiva que no, simplemente no podian financiarlo (ojo que solo pedia un 50% del monto total, entre el impreso y la edicion digital), en fin ya paso pero vale la pena recordar este desden para con algunos Capitulos, que hacen labor en silencio y porque sus miembros persisten en el buen uso de Internet y las Tecnologias de Informacion y Comunicacion.<BR>Hay mucho por hacer ilustres amigos, hacerlo que no quede en e-mails y discursos baratos. hagamoslo ya. Por lo pronto el Capitulo peruano va a lanzar una serie de actividades que incluye Congresos para discapacitados y ojala alguien se interese en auspiciar estas guias de navegacion para niņos.<BR>Gracias<BR>Fraternalmente<BR><BR><BR>
