Many of you will be aware that sadly, last year Tim Gartside, the<br>
facilitator of the Sphere Project passed away after a short illness.<br>
Since that time I have been looking for someone to take over the<br>
consultant role for the project and I am now pleased to inform you<br>
that Robin Loan will take up this role.<br>
<br>
Robin is a highly skilled and insightful group worker and facilitator,<br>
working primarily with large organisational systems and assisting to<br>
effect change particularly in the relationships between the formal and<br>
informal, the seen and the unseen. She has been working in this field<br>
since the late 1970's. Her outstanding successes are seen in the<br>
feedback from clients. Robin and Tim have had a long history of<br>
friendship and peer work dating back to 1993 and they were co-creators<br>
of the Open Sphere methodology.<br>
<br>
Robin is in the process of reviewing all the project information and<br>
getting up to speed. We are very fortunate to have her working with<br>
us and I feel we are in very "safe" hands. With her guidance the<br>
project will continue to strengthen relationships between ISOC and the<br>
Chapters and between Chapters and to deliver outcomes that support the<br>
mission of ISOC.<br>
<br>
I am delighted to inform you that she will be attending and<br>
facilitating the Chapter workshop in Mexico. This will include some<br>
Sphere content as well as content suggested by the Chapter delegates.<br>
This will be a great opportunity for those that will be in Mexico to<br>
meet Robin in person. More on details of the workshop will be sent in<br>
a separate email soon.<br>
