Sub-domain of isoc.org for each chapter is much desirable, as long as
ISOC admin can manage mx records and pointers. Then, there is an
opportunity of having uniform email addresses for all chapter too.
However, I am not sure whether we should select chapters on country basis
(then IANA ccTLD code is enough), else, there may be selection with name
of the chapter.<br><br>

You are right. It is an error. In this example, it has to be
<a href="http://quebce.isoc.org">quebce.isoc.org</a> or
<a href="http://isoc.org/quebec">isoc.org/quebec</a> (if ISOC decides to
have it all under <a href="http://isoc.org">isoc.org</a>. If there is a
separate domain for chapter sites, it would be
<a href="http://quebec.chapterisoc.org">quebec.chapterisoc.org</a>.<br>
<br>

chapter sites as subdomains and a centrally hosted chapter web.<br><br>

<dd>There is a difference between having
<a href="http://isoc.quebec.org">isoc.quebec.org</a> and having<br>
<dd><a href="http://quebec.isoc.org">quebec.isoc.org</a> because ISOC
manage only the ISOC.org domain name and <br>

only create subdomains on our domain<br>
