 Hello Rudi,
I checked and the the person is in the database under the Belgium
chapter.  However, the person was not active yet because it had a
membership start date of October 1, 2005.  When someome joins between
the 1st and 15th of the month their membership starts the 1st of the
current month.  When someone joins after the 15th of the month their
membership starts on the 1st day of the next month.  I just manually
modified the start date so that this person's membership starts on Sep
1, 2005.  You should now see the person in your roster.  Normally, if
the person joins after the 15th there will always be at the most a 15
day delay until the new member shows up in your chapter roster.  I
checked and there were no other Belgium members like this.
