I’m hoping as the lead organization in standard-setting, we can highlight elements of best practice that don’t [entirely] depend on engineering. This not only touches on issues of accessibility for all in terms of GUI design/functionality, but as important, the recognition that end-users, site visitors do not use the screen the same way they do meat-world printed matter. I think there’s a lot to be discussed about this, and wonder if ISOC has the mechanism and/or will to address it. I’ll happily provide a ball-rolling piece or we can simply bat the thing around on this list.
