11.0pt'>It seems to me that the Chapters Delegates list has become more active
over recent times and now that the archives are open (from January 1^st
of this year) I am hoping it usefulness as a communications tool will increase
even further. I want to ask you about other tools that might be a good
supplement to this. </span></font></p>

11.0pt'>Do you feel believe that we should arrange a time for a real-time
synchronous discussion among chapters once a month or once a quarter. If so,
what technology do you see as the most sensible way to do this – instant
messaging, blogging, VoIP? </span></font></p>

11.0pt'>I think we could rotate times around the clock so that the call hits
within a ‘good’ timeframe for all of us on an even basis. I could
also try to organize an opening agenda, based on input from this group but
maybe that duty is better suited elsewhere – what do you think? </span></font></p>

upcoming events and matters of interest? I would like to find a way to communicate
to the Board such things but this seems to be better suited to a calendar that
a mail list. I am interested in your thoughts. </span></font></p>
