Minister Kamel for such an invitation and we are very much interested in
organizing such an event. We want to make this as beneficial as we can for
those who attend and help ISOC further its strategic goals (in particular, given
the nature of the Egyptian Government event, </span>help ISOC to further its
position vis-à-vis the ongoing global discussion on ‘Internet

very limited. </font></p>

presentation would be two tracks over two days </span></font>depending on
feedback, suggested topics and presentations. We would expect, in conjunction

travel or speakers reimbursement. We would want to host such an event so long as
we felt confident that a reasonable number of Chapter members would attend. We
also want there to be a broad audience which would come away well versed in the
Internet, how it works, why it works, potential risks to its future as well as
the topic of ‘Internet Governance’. We would want this audience
well equipped to spread the word back at their homes about the Internet and the
‘Governance’ discussion and the various positions under
consideration. ISOC’s position on the ‘Governance’ discussion
