chapter. <BR><BR>The proposal is as follows: The organizing commite for the
Internet<BR>Fiesta every year could become a chapter. <BR><BR>The main
objectives for such initiative are:<BR><BR>- Potential financing from one of
the UN agencies for such event in<BR>several countries<BR>- Establish a link
